3 Ways by which you can start your weight loss journey without dieting

Almost all of us wants to get fit or lose weight but don’t find the idea of dieting or workout very appealing as almost every beginner has this perception about weight loss that they have to eat boiled food or go for intense cardio exercise which is totally not the case when you talk about general wellbeing or weight loss

Hence in this article, I would like these simple 3 things that you can add to your lifestyle to shed some weight easily and not suffer much suffering.

  1. Jumping Rope

If you want to pick one basic exercise that can do wonders for your body and stamina is jumping rope, not only does it burn more calories than any conventional cardio session but its more fun and sustainable than running on the treadmill for your life
Also if you are an absolute beginner it won’t take more than 7 days to get your rhythm with the jumping rope and have my word on this you will get addicted to it as it’s so fun if possible also play some power-packed songs in the background.
This exercise helps you to burn about 12 calories per minute and you can easily burn a great number of calories if you do it for a good time, I personally add jumping rope before and after my workout.
It also improves your bone density as your whole body is jumping for a good period of time and improves lungs capacity.
All in all some resistance training and jumping rope for about 45minutes to 1hr every day is the best you can treat your body with

2. Eat a balanced diet

Now one of the most important aspects of your weight loss journey would be what you eat and how you nourish your body, again here me out you don’t have to have this though on your mind that you are dieting , you are just eating the foods that add value and nourish your body, you are not overeating food , you are not undereating as well

You just eat the foods that make a good fuel for your body, for example having a balanced meal everyday will help your body to recover and not be hungry very often.

You just have to eat a balanced meal , that is comprised of good protein, healthy fats and carbs
For eg for breakfast you can have oats with milk and fruits, for lunch you can have chicken with rice and veggies ,for dinner you can have fish/paneer/lentils/legumes/tofu/eggs with some good carbs.

The approach should always be to have a balanced meal/diet and to eat your food till you are 80% fuller(this will somehow will create a calorie deficit and would help you to lose fat)

Just don’t ignore protein , as most of us don’t consume it as we think that it’s not important but it is .

3. Sleep and stress management

Your sleep and recovery is as important as the other two factors. When you are sleeping your body goes through a lot of processes , from detoxification to hormonal balance to fat loss to muscle building , you name it almost every major process takes place when you are in the deep state of rest.

Hence make sure that you have a quality sleep, it can go for anywhere around to 6–8 hrs , but make sure that you prioritize quality over quantity.

And the last thing would be to manage your stress, the way you think and your emotions do play a crucial role in your well being and weight loss journey , hence try to stay positive, laugh a little bit , listen to your favourite songs and have a good time.

If you are in the negative state of mind or stressed , you might face some probelm wihle achive your fitness goals, hence thats the best reason that why you should have a good time always!

If possible try to lift seom weight too, its magical for your body in the long run, you will gain amazing strength , bone density and healthy organs as well.
