If you are someone who wants to lose weight or struggling to lose weight, the only place that you try to find the magic/secret formula to losing weight is the internet.
From where you might have heard about various misconceptions and fad diets, therefore in contrast to that problem in this article I will cover 5 foods that you don't have to consume to lose weight.

  1. Apple cider vinegar

Now the most common and illogical thing that you might have heard or read is that you have to consume apple cider vinegar in warm water early morning, which has nothing to do with weight loss.
Consuming apple cider vinegar has definitely some benefits to your body, from better blood sugar levels to good skin, ACV is good but consuming it for the sole purpose of weight loss is something which is not true, as prolong consumption of ACV can lead to acid reflux in your body and bad oral health, as ACV is nothing but acetic acid, which many newbies who are new to weight loss do, drinking liters of ACV in months and thinking that it will magically burn body fat. The only thing which you require to lose body fat is a calorie deficit, which you can attain by eating a good nutritious diet and working out.

2.Green Coffee

Another product that is not required/necessary for weight loss is green coffee, as green coffee is nothing but a pre-version of the normal black coffee which we consume daily. Green coffee is just the non-oxidized version of regular coffee which holds the same amount of antioxidants as regular coffee.
Now coffee, in general, is a good source of caffeine which helps to create more energy burnt in the body as it is thermogenic in nature, thus consuming some amount of black coffee as it is in a day is a good way to create more thermogenesis in the body and burn little extra calories.
Therefore green coffee is again something not extra beneficial as it is sold.

3.Brown Rice

Another not so necessary thing for weight loss is brown rice, as you might have heard that brown rice has little extra fiber and is complex in nature which is thus sold as something healthier and as a fat loss product
The thing you are not aware of is that due to that extra layer of fiber, brown rice also has some anti-nutrients which lead to poor absorption of certain minerals in our body, which is again not a good thing you want to happen.
Thus if you are a completely healthy individual and just for the sake of losing weight you are going for brown rice then please don't, and go and eat the normal white rice which is we are eating from childhood.
As I said the only thing which is essential for weight loss is a calorie deficit.
Also if white rice made anyone fat then the world healthier country japan would be suffering from obesity has japan consumes white rice almost daily.
