Whenever any person has to lose weight for any festival, marriage, or any photoshoot or just being healthy the first thing that will strike anyone is DIET and the first impression of dieting in anyone's mind will be to eat boiled or less food which is that they have to starve themselves.

And if anyone who is into a bit of fitness and has influence around some bro-science trainers or people, they think that they have to eliminate a lot of carbs to lose weight which is again not right.

Remember that if you want to lose weight you have to nourish your body by eating nourishing food(Which provides your body good fuel and nourishment),

Stick to that eating pattern which you can sustain for a longer period of time and still eating foods which you enjoy eating which is a flexible form of eating(80–20 Rule)

But Remember the main key to losing fat is going in a calorie deficit which is eating lesser calories or bringing more calories than you fed into your body.

For Eg, if your BMR(Basal Metabolic Rate) is 2400 which is that these amount of calories are minimum requirements for your body maintain now if you are exercising and burning around 500 calories in your workout and eating around 2100 calories in a day, you will end up losing fat.

This is the basic science of losing fat but remember in order to lose healthy weight make sure your diet is a balanced diet and rich in protein.

Now coming to which is the best diet for losing weight?

The golden rule of any diet is to create that calorie deficit in order to lose fat from your body, you name any diet from keto to low fat low card to any diet the goal of any diet will be to create that deficit and lose fat.

All in all the best diet or eating pattern according to me if you don't have any medical prohibitions or disease and if you are well and obese,

Is to go for IF[Intermittent Fating], I know that many of you have heard of this diet which is,

You have to fast for around 16 hours and have your meals in an 8 hr window, you can choose any period around the clock which will best suit you in taking care of your sustainability and enjoyment of the diet.

I personally go for 12 PM -8 PM where I Break my fast with nay pieces of fresh fruits like papaya or watermelon or a simple banana and then follow my lunch.

Also, make sure that you don't eat like that this is the only day and you go for binge eating, remember the golden rule of fat loss is to be calorie deficit, thus eat a balanced diet and enjoy the food you like to eat most of the time since in an 8hr window you just can't eat that amount of food.
