If you think that your food/Nutrition has nothing to do with your sex drive then you are slightly wrong, your exercise and the nutrition you eat has a lot to do with your mood, hormones, stamina, and satisfaction,

Since the foods you eat, the lifestyle you posses has a major impact on your sex life, so what are those things which can help you to better your sex drive and sex life?

  1. Exercise(Weight lifting/running/ skipping ropes/ HIIT/Swimming/Yoga) doesn't matter what type of exercise you do, the only thing which is important is to enjoy the type of workouts that you do so that you can be consistent with it, our bodies are meant to move, to be active. Thus the foundation of a healthy body is always laid by a good workout/exercise. Also don't overdo any exercise just give about 45minture of your day 5–6 times a week.
  2. Nutrition(Now what foods you should eat to lead a healthy lifestyle, the first approach you should focus on is to eat a healthy and well-balanced diet which is it should have carbs, essential fatty acids, protein and vitamins, and minerals, now to this biggest myth in fitness is that most of the people don't eat carbs, carbs are as important for your body as foreplay in sex, thus never avoid carbs, carbs will give you that extra energy and glow to your skin. Go for well-balanced nutrition instead of depriving yourself of nutrients.

So what are those some foods that must be in your diet,

  1. Avocados
  2. Dark Chocolate
  3. Fish(Salmon)
  4. Dry Fruits/Nut Butters/Seeds(Flax,Chia,Sunflower,Pumpkin)
  5. Pomegranate
  6. Clarified Butter(Desi Ghee)
  7. Ashwagandha(Herb)

These are some foods that will help you to boast and balance your body hormones which will definitely help you to increase your libido and your performance in bed.

3. Take care of yourself(This is the last step that you have to do is to respect your body and take care of yourself, which is to sleep on time and get good quality sleep, eat nourishing and healthy foods which will help to nourish and repaid all those cells in your body. workout, think good thoughts, meditate, laugh a lot, manage your stress.

If you will respect your body and treat it right, your body will always be your best friend.

Also to have much better sex is to not engage in porn but to create your own scenarios in your head, which will definitely add to your performance and satisfaction, so don't see Mia, Lisa, Audrey chicks often.
