How oil pulling changed the overall health of my body

Oil pulling is one of the best things that you can do for the optimal health of your body, which is not that expensive, easy to do, and has a lot of benefits to offer as compared to the input.

Oil pulling is a process in which you put/consume one tablespoon of coconut oil(again you can consume sesame or mustard oil as well, but I prefer to go with coconut as it is much better than any other oil) and squash inside your mouth for about 15–20 minutes(before brushing) which will help you in,

1.Killing the bacteria present in your mouth(Which are accumulated over the period of time)

2.Helps to reduce bad breath from your mouth.

3.Helps to remove/flush toxins from your body(One of the best way to detox your body than any other)

4.Helps to promote gum health and reduce inflammation.

5.Helps to give that extra shine to your teeth(by removing all those toxins/bacteria from your mouth)

6. As we know that our tongue is connected to other parts of our body, thus oil pulling also helps to remove extra toxins present in the other part of our body

7.Helps to reduce problems like joints pains, acidity, insomnia, etc.

Some important thing you should take care of before doing this process,

1.Please make sure not to throw the oil(Which is formed inside your mouth after the process) in the washbasin as oils can lead to choking of your sevrage lines.
Thus throw in a newspaper/cloth or any clean area around your house.

2.One of the most important tips is to use a good quality organic coconut, personally using organic coconut oils has given me better results(also the price difference is not that much)

3.You can always start slowly and later increase the time of the process, don’t go in the rush to start for a longer period of time.

This is why you should definitely add oil pulling to your daily routine to obtain a lot of benefits.
