How you can get protein in a low budget!
1.Rajma(155 rupees per kg, and give about great 23gm of protein per 100gm, also the best thing to complete the profile of protein is to add some rice with rajma which will add some gm of protein and will make it a complete source of protein as well)
2.Soya Chunks(150 rupees per kg and gives you 45gm of protein per 100gm of soya chunks)
3.Sprouts(165 rupees per kg is the cost of moong ki dal and sprouts will give you about 24gm of protein per 100 gm of it, the best thing to eat sprouts is to add some vegetables(Onions, tomatoes, cucumber, etc with some chat masala and lemon juice)
4.Chickpeas/Kale channe(90 rupees per kg which will give you about 19gm of protein per 100gm)
5.Eggs(5 rupees per egg, probably one of the best and cheapest source of a great protein, which is one whole egg give you about 6gm of protein and one egg white will fire you around 3.5gm of protein, along with protein eggs are e great source of other vitamins as well)
These are some cheap and affordable sources of protein that you can look for.
Also, my advice for you would be if you are so in to save your money that doesn't buy the things that you actually don’t require like Netflix subscription, processed and outside food, etc, I mean if you can save them and try to invest your money in the good quality food that would be a much better option and a thing to go for.
