As your brain is just like another muscle present in the body, the more you introduce your brain to a complex set of problems and progressively overload it on the daily basis, the better it will function.
A good thing that you can add from your side is to complement your brain with good foods which can further help in progress.

Therefore, these are some foods that will help your brain to function better.

Again by this post, it doesn’t mean that after consumption of these foods you will invent an equation like E=mc2, but surely they will make you that smart that you will uninstall tik-tok(JK)

1.Dry Fruits (almonds, walnuts)and Seeds(Pumpkin, sunflower, chia)

Just make sure that you soak walnuts, almonds a night before in water for better absorption of their nutrients in your body.

These dry fruits are a good source of omega 3 and healthy fats, which will help to nourish your brain.
Another of my personal favorite good fat is good natural almond butter on toast or paratha with some good jam, best pre-workout or breakfast(when you have less time)
