Top 10 Tips to lose that "FAT" from your body

If you here reading this I hope you are struggling to lose your body weight,

Losing weight isn't complicated as talking to your crush if you know the correct way of what to include and the things to be excluded, thus try to avoid these tips and make it as your lifestyle in order to maintain that healthy weight and keep it forever.

  1. Make black coffee/Green Tea your drink:- Black coffee has caffeine in it which again help you to give great energy before workouts and burns more calories(Thus increases the metabolic rate of your body)
  2. Eat a lot of Vegetables:- Vegetable like carrot, Cauliflower, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cucumber, Bringle, okra, etc typically all the veggies available near your locality make part of your diet, as these vegetables are low in the cost, calories while will help you to keep full for a longer period of time and you won't feel hungry or engaging into junk food. And yes they will not taste bad, just make a simple salad that is mostly served by the restaurant and add some lemon, chat masala, black pepper. It will taste really good and help you to remove the stubborn lower belly fat, but make sure you eat all the salads before sunset, post-sunset you can have sauteed veggies.
  3. Eat a lot of Fresh Fruits:- Fresh fruits are the best sweet given by nature, the best fruits are the ones which are in season and which are grown in the country you live in so if you are from India then no need to go for avocado or blueberries, the best fruits are which are grown near to your area like for me the best are papaya, watermelon, apple, banana. Fresh Fruits will give you the essential antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals for optimal functioning of your body.
  4. Eat more whole grains(Complex Carbs):- Carbs are the primary source used by your body to produce energy(glucose) for your brain function to body essential functions at cellular levels and organs levels. Thus carbs are the most important nutrient when it comes to fat loss as you have to reduce some amount of carbs from your diet and choose the best one.
    The best source of carbs you can go with which taste great as well:- Bajra, Whole Wheat, White Rice, Oats, Millets, Multigrain Flour, Semi Brown Rice. Remember to avoid all the processed foods that you eat which are basically eating anything from packet/packaged
  5. Add protein in your diet:- Protein is the most important thing that you have to consume while doing fat loss, as protein has more TEF(Thermic effect of food) which is your body burns more calories while digesting protein and thus increases your metabolic rate, now from this statement it doesn't mean that you should only eat protein, no eat a well-balanced diet but make sure that you add some amount of protein in most of your meals
    Non-veg protein source:-Eggs, Chicken Breast, Mutton, Fish, and all veg protein source
    Veg Protein source:-Chickpeas, Rajma, kale channe, black Eyed beans, Whey Protein(https://amzn.to/3j4Q9qf) make sure you purchase this one as many proteins are duplicate in markets, tofu, paneer, curd
    Vegan Protien source:-Same as above except the dairy part
  6. Walk more:- Walking will help you to again better you legs and body coordination and will help you to burn more calories which is you will have an advantage of metabolic rate
  7. Drink a lot of water, Drinking a lot of water helps you to flush all the bad toxins which are accumulated in your body(thanks to the environment we live in today, bad air, food, etc) which lead to accumulation of various toxins in our body cells , which somehow leads to difficulty in losing fat from that cells, thus hydration is the best fat burner for your body, drink about 3.5–4 liters of water every day.
  8. Avoid liquid drinks:- Liquid calories like juice, sharbat, sugar-free drinks, cold drinks, alcohol should be avoided not for life since moderation is the key here but initially and that slowly you can add a little bit of them. As you know liquid drinks has no nutrients in them but just plain empty calories which will take more effort from you to lose fat.
  9. Have a quality sleep:- sleep is where all magic happens, all that transformation will take place when you are sleeping, thus try to have a goof and sound sleep every day for 7 hrs
  10. Be happy and satisfied:- This is the most important point that no one from the internet will tell that you have to be happy and satisfied on the first place when you go to change your habits, see obviously it will take some will power and sacrifice but the prize that you will get from all these efforts is nothing when compared it with the result. Thus try to be happy and satisfied with the life and you will see great acceleration towers your goal. As good things will take time but they will come, for sure.
