So what is that so many people are confused with weight loss and why is many people are around the globe are facing the problem with weight loss and keeping it off.
Now if you are reading this article I hope that you are someone who wants to change themselves and want to lose some weight but are not well sound with how the human body and nutrition work.
Thus these are the best-proven ways/tips that you need to add to your lifestyle to lose weight and keep it off,
- Calorie Deficit:- Now every human functions there day to daily activities with some energy which we get from food. Every food that you eat is either made up of carbs/protein/fats with some vitamins and minerals, that give our body energy to function.
Now when we eat food(calories) more than our body requires over a period of time, our body starts to store that surplus calories in the form of FAT, which is when your body is in the state of calories surplus.
Now since each and every human being is different on this planet, each and every human has a different calorie requirement which is your TDEE(Total daily energy expenditure), so when you eat more calories from your TDEE you are in surplus and you will gain weight, and when you eat lesser calories than your TDEE your body uses its future source of energy(FAT) to compensate for that deficit, and that's how your body will lose fat.
Now again just going straight by this statement is not correct, which is don't follow the only approach to eat less food(calories), calculate your total TDEE(Seach it on google), and than eat 300 calories lesser than your TDEE and gradually reduce some calories over a period of time while increasing your activity.
Remember your body is like your mother who doesn't want to lose fat when you torture your body by going on fad diets and starving yourself. Treat it with nourishing foods, a good workout, and a better lifestyle, you will be healthy and fit.
Thus calorie deficit will be the king when it comes to losing fat

Now exercise has lots of other benefits as well for the body, from good blood flow to healthy heart, exercising every day is good for your mind and body both.
But when we talk about weight loss many people think that by exercise they have to run hours on the treadmill to lose weight which is as logical as Trump tweets.
You don't have to run miles on treadmills or anywhere else, what simple thing that you have to do is to explore and find some kind of workout which you love doing so that when you exercise you enjoy your workouts, which again can be any workout from swimming, running, weight training, HIIT, CrossFit, playing any sports. skipping rope or doing resistance training at the gym.
The only moto that you have to stick by is to find any workout which you enjoy by your heart and do it with full enjoyment.

since our bodies enter the phase of transition, recovery, hormone production, in the deep state of rest, which is when we are sleeping. So you can take the best diet and workout from the world's best coaches and if you are not sleeping well you won't be able to change your body.
As our bodies require good sleep and rest to recover from the previous day's damage, thus if you are not sleeping well for about 7hrs daily, the rate of fat loss can be affected.

Now when there are higher levels of stress in the human body, a hormone called cortisol is increased when you are stressed which is inversely proportional to all of your good hormones such as testosterone , estrogen etc,
which again deteriorates the speed of your weight loss and also it puts you in the light of yourself throwing out of good habits, especially good food.
As many people tend to eat lots of sugary and processed foods when they are stressed, hence stress is something which you have to manage to lose weight effectively and without any hinderence.
