When it comes to good dense, shiny and healthy hair, there are a lot of factors that are important/essential for that, but your nutrition and diet have to be on top of other factors in order to have good hair.

Thus these are some must food items that you should add to your diet for the good health of your hair,

1.Black Rasins(One of the most underrated food items that not a lot of people consume is black raisins, they are a great source of fiber(again good for your gut, and when your gut health is good your skin and hair reflects it), rich in essential minerals like iron, potassium, calcium and high in antioxidants which is great for your hair and skin, thus include soaked black raisins[5–7] in your diet)

2.Amla(again an excellent source of vitamin c and one of the best natural DHT blocker, as winters are coming make sure you are including this great fruit in your diet)
Also, DHT is a hormone that causes a reduction of the hair follicle, which further leads to hair fall and thin hair production.

3.Desi Ghee(Please remove those people from your life who says that desi ghee is bad for you and causes weight gain or any diseases)
Desi ghee is one of the best superfoods on the planet, which is a great source of healthy fats and essential vitamins and nutrients which helps to nourish your skin and hair(to build cells and tissues)

also apart from hair and skin desi ghee offers a lot of benefits to your body , thus include it in your diet.

4.Dry Fruits/seeds

Again one of the best sources of healthy fats, omega 3, and protein and to nourish your mind and body.

Dry fruits such as walnuts, cashew, almonds, Pista, figs, and seeds like chia, pumpkin, flax, and sunflower are the best that you can add to your diet.
Make sure you soak the dry fruits(which will help to decrease the excess heat from them)

5.Spinach(Have a good amount of vitamin A, iron, biotin which are required for the proper blood flow to your scalp and sebum production in your scalp)

The best way that you can eat spinach is by boiling it or making it like a vegetable by adding some onions and tomato with some spices.

6.Lentils/legumes(Best, cheap, affordable, easily available, great in taste source of protein, fiber, Which is again great for your hair and body.
Thus try to add them to your diet frequently as it also has a good amount of essential nutrients as well(iron, magnesium, etc)

7.Collagen
Now collagen is the most plentiful protein in your body, It’s one of the major building blocks of bones, skin, hair, muscles, ligaments. Collagen is also found in many other body parts, including blood vessels, corneas, and teeth.

One particularly rich source is bone broth, which is made by boiling the bones of chicken and other animals.
Which again is dehydrated in order to make it in powder form for suitable consumption which is your collagen supplement, in which some additive digestive enzyme is added for better assimilation of nutrients than it is called hydrolyzed collagen.

Therefore for good skin, hair, muscle mass, stronger bones, and many other good benefits for the body you can add a hydrolyzed collagen supplement to your diet.

Now again a lot of crap collagen supplements are in the market which you should be aware of as many companies promise to sell veg collagen which is not possible to sell as it is made up of animals such as fish(marine), chicken, etc.
Also, many other collagen supplements are raw which doesn’t taste that good
Thus better collagen supplement that you can add is Gradeone nutrition collagen supplement.
Which is hydrolyzed(better absorption), gives you about 7gm of collagen along with all essential amino acids, vitamin C and E(which enhance the absorption of collagen production in our body) and biotin(which again help to nourish your hair follicle)
Also, it comes with a mango flavour which makes it quite easier for consumption.
Hence you can add collagen in your diet for the optimal functioning of the body.

8.Eggs(Again a great source of protein, essential vitamins and minerals, which again help to build amino acid called keratein which helps to build your hair tissues and provide nourishment to them)

Apart from these good habits make sure that you also remove bad habits and lead a good lifestyle mostly.

  • Which is sleeping on time.
  • Managing your stress
  • Laughing a lot
  • Working out(exercising)
  • living peacefully!

I hope this answer adds some value to your life!

Thanks For Reading!!!
