Where does your body fat goes when we lose weight?
Have you ever wondered that when you lose some weight from your body and start feeling lean and light, where does the body fat go?
Where exactly your fat goes when you go on that strict diet and hitting the gym really hard for months?
So as you know there is a law of mass conservation, which if you don’t know is,
“mass/energy can be converted from one form to another form, it neither can be created nor be destroyed”
thus your fat storage and body also follow these universal principles, which is your fat cells are the future source of energy that the body will burn in ordered to meet the daily requirement of energy.
so when you stay in a calorie deficit which is you are burning more calories than your body usually does(by eating fewer calories in a balanced way, working out, and sleeping on time)
Then your body starts to burn your inside fat cells which have the chemical formula of [C55H10406]
Which are your fat cells get converted to carbon dioxide(CO2) and water(H2O) when oxygen is supplied to your body via breathing.
So basically your fat leaves your body via water(urine, sweat, respiration) and exhaling carbon dioxide from the body.
Which is how you lose that fat from your body.
That is why an exercise like deep breathing is so beneficial for your body towards optimal health and weight.
