Japan has the healthiest food culture when it comes to there eating habits.

As the obesity rate in Japan is around 3.5% as compared to the USA which has an obesity rate around 31%

Because No one can beat the Japanese people when it comes to being disciplined and leading a life according to some terms and rules.

And for this statement you know about the technologies they have built from cars to machines, Japnese people are the real perfectionist.

So one cannot doubt the ethics and hard work of the Japanese,

Now coming to why do they have the healthiest food culture?

As you know Japanese people work extremely hard, they appreciate all the little things which we have gotten, from time to food to nature.

They respect all and take this belief to maximize all of them.

Which obviously comes around there food choices and habits as well, thus these are some reasons why japan is the healthiest country in the world,

1. From the very early age of the child in school, they have been taught about the thing called nutrition, which is almost all of the people living in japan know about what is nutrition and how does healthy eating affect the body and brain, thus this concept of choosing a healthy variety instead of something unhealthy is been taught to them from school.

2. They eat very healthy food, now for all those who think that white rice makes you fat, japan consumes the majority of white rice in there most of the meals, you will find a rice maker in each and every home in Japan, which is they eat white rice which is gluten-free and has a good portion of protein along with it which is fish /chicken and add some salad and veggies.

Japan has made access to healthy food in the same way that unhealthy food is accessible to most people all around the globe.

3. Portion size, portion size is the main thing which can make people fat or lose weight, you don’t have to eat less, you have to eat right and in the right about of quantity which is required for your body, and this is why they tend to avoid overeating due to there strick control on the portion sizes.

For eg the Medium drink of cola in the USA would be equal to the large size of cola in Japan.

Thus they eat healthy in the right amount of portions.

4. They walk a lot, it is a culture in Japan that people use walking or cycling as a medium to go from one place to another, which again helps them to burn some calories for sure and also to be active all through the day.

5.Promotion of better choices, what one thing that you will find in Japan is that they sell more green tea as compared to coca-cola or sugary beverages.

You will find the options of much healthier things in bulk and very less sugary rich processed drinks.

but in the west, you will find totally opposite of this thing which is you will find a lot of these processed thins in bulk and a very little healthier option.

Which comes down to there values, mindset and being the best version of themselves which Japan followed thoroughly

and yes which makes it the healthiest country in the world.
