Why you are unable to lose "FAT"?

I will list some of the top reasons why most of the people are unable to lose weight, So I assume that if you are here you are doing one of such mistakes while dropping those extra pounds.

Before I tell the reasons I would like to tell you that Losing weight is ain't rocket science or something very complicates, we people and a lot of bad marketing makes it very complicated like (Go on keto, eliminate carbs, eat very less and move more), which is not true at all, thus these are some reasons why you are not able to win,

  1. Calorie Deficit:- Why most people are not able to lose weight is primarily that you are not in a calorie deficit, so what is a calorie deficit? it is the number of calories you eat lesser than your TDEE(Total daily energy expenditure) which is TDEE is the minimal amount of calories that you need to consume your weight or for body functioning, the moment you eat slightly lesser than your TDEE (You can count your TDEE online on TDEE calculator) you go into calorie deficit which is the number one reason for losing weight. Thus remember if you want to lose weight you have to be in the state of calorie deficit,Hence if you are not losing weight than you are not maintaining your calorie deficit
  2. Crash Dieting:- It is the phenomena that most of the newbies who want to lose weight try which is they will not eat anything or eat very less which will put them into a calorie deficit and they will lose weight but for how long? Since it is the most unsustainable form of eating pattern people tend to deviate from this unhealthy crash dieting and go back to there routine and gain the weight they lose since the there metabolic rate is dropped due to crash dieting and their body is deprived of nutrients. You need to nourish your body with nutrition in order to lose weight.
  3. Binge Eating:-Most of the people who go on the program called DIET tend to deviate themselves on the weekend and call it is as a cheat day, see there is no problem in having the food you love and eat them but the problem comes down when people binge eat in the name of cheat days and thus shifts from the daily calorie meter of the week and their week of hard work of being in calorie deficit goes into nothing, thus the best way to overcome this is to not have any cheat day but to eat something every day which is called flexible eating.
  4. Doing More Cardio:-Most of the people have this idea about losing weight which is doing more of the cardio exercise like running or cycling in the gym and it will help them to lose weight and think that weight lifting will make them bulkier and muscular and as a matter of fact, both of the theories are not true, for a healthy weight loss you have to built lean muscle tissue which is doing weight training as a major and cardio as minor for 15 minutes.
  5. Improper Sleep Routine:-Since all the magic of your any fitness goal happens when you sleep according to the natural cycle which is 10 pm-5 am is the best time to sleep where your body balances all hormones, repair your cells, detox your body and gives you enough energy for the next day to begin.Especially if you want to lose a healthy weight than you have to incorporate a good amount of sleep for 7hrs minimal.

Therefore if you have any of these issues imbalanced first fix it and you are on the way to where you dream shorts/Bikini on the beach.
